IndexMyShop (on Google) ("the App") is developed and operated by SARL Instant Web (contact@instantweb.fr). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access the following data from your Shopify store:

• Store information: your store domain (myshopify.com URL)
• Product, collection, page, and article data: titles, handles, and publication status — used to build URLs and check their Google indexation status
• Session data: Shopify OAuth tokens required for API access

We do not collect customer data, order data, payment information, or any personal data about your store's visitors.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Check whether your store's pages are indexed by Google (via the IsIndexed API)
• Submit pages for Google indexation on your behalf (via the IndexMeNow API)
• Track your credit balance and purchase history within the App
• Send operational alerts (e.g., low credits, autopilot stopped) to the App administrator via email/SMS

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with third-party services solely for the App's functionality:

• Google indexation services — your page URLs are sent to specialized services to check their index status and request indexation
• Transactional email/SMS provider — used to send operational alerts to the App administrator (not to your customers)

No data is sold, rented, or shared for marketing or any other purpose.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Fly.io in the EU (Paris, France). We retain your data for as long as the App is installed on your store.

5. Data Deletion

When you uninstall the App, your session data is automatically deleted. Store data (URLs, credits, logs) is retained for 30 days to allow for reinstallation, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us at contact@instantweb.fr.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at contact@instantweb.fr for any request.
